2025 Impact Report
Strengthening Youth, Families, and Our Community
We are proud to share our 2025 Impact Report, which highlights the progress we have made to strengthen youth and families. This year’s report reflects the measurable outcomes, meaningful stories, and community partnerships that continue to move our mission forward.
At Sierra Vista Child & Family Services, impact begins with people.
A middle school student who once struggled daily in a traditional classroom returned to a public school campus ready to succeed. A young mother in recovery built stability for herself and her children. A student who felt unseen gained confidence through a mentor who showed up each week.
Through our Family Resource Centers, families who once felt overwhelmed found steady guidance and practical solutions. Parents connected to counseling, secured housing and food support, enrolled in health coverage, and strengthened their skills at home. Instead of navigating complex systems alone, families had someone walking beside them.
In Merced County, youth accessed on-campus counseling, allowing them to receive care while staying engaged in school. Families facing complex challenges gained coordinated support that reduced barriers and strengthened long-term stability.
At the Kirk Baucher Non-Public School, students found an environment designed to support both academic and emotional growth. Last year, 70 percent of 8th graders transitioned successfully back into public schools, prepared with stronger coping skills and renewed confidence.
This is only a glimpse of the progress made possible by your partnership. We invite you to explore the full 2025 Impact Report and see how, together, we are cultivating lasting change in the well-being of our communities.
