SVCFS provides paid vacation, sick and holiday time
- Vacation Accruals (offered to regular full-time employees):
- 1-2 years: up to 2 weeks per year
- 3-4 years: up to 3 weeks per year
- 5-9 years: up to 4 weeks per year
- 10 + years: up to 5 weeks per year
- Sick Time – All employees accrue sick leave at the rate of one hour of paid sick time for every 30 hours worked. Employees may earn a maximum of up to 96 hours paid sick time.
- Holidays - 11 paid holidays are offered to eligible employees.
Additional Benefits
Retirement Funds — Eligible employees may opt to enroll in a retirement fund, 403(b) plan, through Lincoln Financial. Following one year of continuous employment, eligible employees may be eligible for an employer match.
