Building Hope in South Modesto
Groundbreaking of the South Modesto Wellness Center
Sierra Vista Child & Family Services, in collaboration with California’s Department of Health Care Services and Huff Construction Company, Inc., is proud to announce the groundbreaking of the South Modesto Wellness Center! This milestone event celebrated health, wellness, and the positive future we are helping to build for our community.
We were honored to welcome many esteemed guests, including Assemblyman Juan Alanis, Stanislaus County Board of Supervisors Channce Condit, Stanislaus County CEO Jody Hayes, and representatives from Senator Alvarado Gil and Congressman John Duarte’s offices. Your presence and support were invaluable to the event’s success and a testament to the strength of our partnerships as we work together to meet the needs of our community.
The South Modesto Wellness Center is more than a new facility. It is a beacon of hope and a cornerstone of our commitment to ensuring better health, accessible resources, and holistic support for families and individuals in South Modesto. We believe every person deserves a place to find help, healing, and hope—and this Center will be just that.
With services ranging from mental health support to preventative care, the South Modesto Wellness Center will provide a critical resource for children, families, and individuals who need it most. By addressing our community members’ physical and emotional well-being, we’re planting the seeds for healthier, stronger families and a brighter future for generations to come.
A special shoutout to Mango Crazy for generously providing refreshments for the event. Their involvement added a wonderful touch of flavor to our celebration!
